Pros:Everything is there. Dont need to go off site if you dont want to. Few vendors. nice beach and public beach nearby. Four star hotel with all kinds of distractions and ways to spend your money. Nightly entertainment is on par with others. Great pools. Great location fabulous rooms - get the ones with sunset sun. They are warmer
Cons:Fighting for beach chairs was a gigantic pain. why do people 'claim' chairs and not show up at all. Introduced American competitive attitudes which intrudes on the vacay experience.

10.0 Wonderful
Pros:We've usually been to adult only resorts so we were worried about all the kids but it wasn't bad at all. This resort was great for the value. The music can get loud on one side of the pool area, but if you're on the other side, it's fine. We were also on the 6th floor and didn't hear any of the late music.
Cons:It is far from downtown and traffic can build up on the one road. So if you wanted to go there, plan a full day down there.

Pros:We loved the whole experience with our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 adult children). It was a clean, beautiful resort with great food and wonderful staff. We especially liked the prime-rib dinner in the buffet restaurant, and enjoyed an excellent Italian meal at the specialty restaurant. Great service everywhere. Compliments to everyone.
Cons:The first night was a bit noisy with a graduation party, but they were gone the next day.

Pros:We were upgraded for our stay to a grand master suite which was phenomenal! We loved the view from the wrap around balcony and the room was very comfortable. The pool and beach were also fantastic! We really enjoyed our stay overall and had a great time.
Cons:The food was decent but not overly impressive, especially for the price of the all-inclusive. The reservations at the restaurants booked up prior to our arrival so we never had the chance to eat anywhere except the buffet, so book your reservations early. Overall a great time though! Would definitely go back.
