Pros:The location is excellent, walking distance to all of the restaurants in downtown Pismo, and the hotel is literally right on the sand.
Cons:The room is tiny and the price is high, but you are paying for location here.

Pros:Excellent beach location. Literally, this is it. Everything else was terrible from the actually facility to the staff.
Cons:Staff did not have my reservation through booking.com. If they didn't have vacant rooms I would've been out of luck. I booked the reservation over a month in advance, and since it was somehow lost by the hotel we got a room "under construction", which meant no door knob/lock on the bathroom, no closet to hang clothes, no smoke detector, no table to set things on. The manager on duty didn't apologize for the construction and said she was informing is so we didn't complain later. This is a joke of a motel run by people concerned only with taking your money and not keeping your business. I will never go back again.
