Cons:The quality of the room was nowhere near worth the price. The beds seem to appear 20+ years old, dirty bed linens worn out and stained with markers ,paint and other specimens that I couldn't identify. Needless to say we did not sleep or or even sit on these beds. The bathroom looked to have not been cleaned in a long time,cigarettes burns around tub, toilet was absolutely disgusting, no need to describe. There were an abundant amount of roaches crawling in kitchen area. Open the fridge and freezer to find it was stained with blood from a package meat. Now as for the staff 'was very nice, and apologetic for our experience. He offered us two other rooms, that was just the same, we declined and gave us a complete refund. This place needs a major overhaul

Pros:Can`t beat the price, 40$/night with breakfast and the girl at the front desk was friendly and cute.
Cons:You get what you pay for!! Place is dirty, outdated and rundown, the breakfast is a pathetic joke.

Pros:Room was cramped, television did not work, phone did not work, and very poor lighting. Parking was horrorific.

Cons:No wifi in the hotel at all, advertised for a fitness centre that was permanently closed, we had to ask for towels because none were provided, only had one television channel and it was in Spanish, there were bugs in the bed, advertised as close to beaches but they were over a 30 minute drive away, only options for breakfast were white bread and grain cereals, and the laundry facilities were only half functioning (had four washers and four dryers and only two of each worked).
