Stayed in Room 312. Very musty smell as soon as entering the room. Smelled as if there had been a pervious toilet overflow and the carpet trapped the water and toilet water odors. It was late (after 10:00pm) when I checked in so I just dealt with it… but the odor was very bad throughout the night. Could also see where mold was starting to grow on the furniture where it touched the carpet Beyond that, everything else was good. Comfy bed, good check-in service with very nice and personable Jamaican employee,. Everything else was clean in the room and lobby areas. Breakfast was mediocre

Pros:The lady at the front desk from Jamaica was very pleasant to speak with. The location is great.
Cons:They could have at least made up the beds 2 out of 3 of our stay but we received none. The carpet looks extremely dirty. We also saw 2 roaches in our room. I normally stay here when I am in town but I will have to search elsewhere now.
Pros:The beds were nice and the room was clean as was the bathroom.
Cons:The walls were too thin as I could hear the family two rooms down for most of the first night I was there. When I first arrived the hallway smelled of marijuana and the room itself smelled of cigarette smoke. I'm hoping these smells were due to construction of the building.
Pros:The staff was very friendly and our room was extremely comfortable!
Pros:The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful with finding great food. The hotel was clean which was really nice. It was located not far from the beach and close to several attractions. Nice place to stay overall.
Cons:The hot breakfast left something to be desired but it wasn't horrible.
Pros:Very accommodating for my husband who has a mobility problem. Room was very clean and bed very comfortable, would definitely stay here again.
Pros:The man who checked us in was wonderful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good!! This was a wonderful place to stay.

Pros:The things I enjoyed were the staff. We arrived late and the gentleman at the desk was very attentive and helpful. I found it overall pretty clean. The bathrooms are spacious with plenty of linen.
Cons:The mattresses are extremely firm. The worst nights sleep in a hotel by far! The pool is very small and covered, but not technically an indoor pool. It's location is ok. Pretty short drive to the beach and attractions. The breakfast could use some improvements. It had disks that resembled fake eggs and sausage patties that looked old and very cheap. I know it's not a 5 star place but scrambled eggs and real sausage isn't that hard.
Pros:The breakfast was decent and the room was overall clean.
Cons:Our bed was broke/ worn out. Management wanted to refund us only 10%. The staff was not helpful or friendly. I've stayed here before and enjoyed my stay but after this lasr encounter I will take my business elsewhere. Maybe they had a change in management since 2010.
