Cons:Poor management and poor service. We cannot even checkin and have to get a refund. The person at the desk is more in tune with his TV than the customers.

Pros:Room was spacious and very clean when I arrived. The hotel staff was very friendly and courteous! Overall a nice place *for* the money. I never went into this expecting the four seasons so I guess you could say I was prepared to get what I payed for. I had a nice stay though.
Cons:Wifi was very slow and the pool was empty and growing green algae in it. I figured it should be working considering its June and 90 degrees outside. Also "continental" breakfast was very tiny just bread, cereal, and juice. I expected more only because I've been to other hotels at the same price point that offer more.
