Expensive for what it is- front desk staff very rude- we were overcharged- no service due to lack of help -breakfast area depressing no assistance of any kind awful

Cons:We were on the first floor, and the hallway smelled a little musty. Other than that, everything was great.

Pros:I liked the cleaning. Smell cleaned nice set up. Like the bathroom.
Cons:The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast it just plan continental breakfast. I think it should be cooked as served for the what you want to eat. And bigger coffee cups most important.

Pros:The hotel met our basic needs. We had a clean bedroom with an efficiency kitchen. Breakfast bar was served daily.
Cons:We were not informed of the massive remodel that was being done on the main part of the hotel. We had to walk through the mess every morning to eat breakfast. The toaster and waffle maker was shorting out due to the power tool overload. One of our rooms smelled moldy and had to be aired out well. The environment didn't make us want to spend time at the hotel so we stayed gone all day.

Pros:Surpriingly quality stay. THe rooms are large suite size with kitchenette etc. Nice quiet location. All was recently remodelled with some areas of the property still being renovated. Bath and everything was brand new. Breakfast was adequate and included. Internet was VERY consistent and fast for a hotel. Friendly staff at checkin. This is probably now the best value in Naples area...especially when the renovation is complete.
Cons:Fresh paint smells in certain hallways. Noise in the dining area due to renovation. Obviously temporary. The elevator at the end of the building I stayed was out the first day...but fixed by the second.
