Cons:Housekeeping didn’t clean room during our stay due to COvId so didn’t get to freshen up towels/coffee without asking as they didn’t stock enough for 3 night/4 day stay. Also the tub valve didn’t move without force, was afraid I would break it by forcing it more so we showered with whatever temperature it turned on to.

Pros:Gorgeous room with lovely view of the harbor. Staff was very welcoming and efficient. The breakfast at their restaurant, The Fish House was excellent.

Cons:Check in was at 4pm but did not check us in until 5:30. They said check in wasn't at 4pm, it just "begins" at 4pm. We were late for dinner reservations and were not told this. Balcony was not clean. cup full of cigarettes, 12 pack of empty beer cans. Room was not clean on one of our nights.

Pros:While the resort has undergone renovation, the Harborside has yet to be updated. The rooms that used to be plush now have a well worn look that leaves it feeling slightly dingy. It also did not help that our sheets had not been changed before our arrival and were covered with the previous users's hair.

Pros:The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Totally met my needs. I just didn't do anything at the hotel but sleep because I had meetings elsewhere No knowledge of other amenities. Great location.

Pros:Location was great. View was incredible.
Cons:Rooms were noisy from the air conditioner and extremely humid. We felt wet almost the entire time. The carpet in the hallway of the 3rd floor where we stayed was dirty and had a very unpleasant odor. The fridge in the room was old and very tiny. No microwave at all. The concierge gave us some bad information and caused us to miss the only chance we had for a particular tour. Overall not a great experience and certainly not worth what we paid for the week.

Pros:The rooms are nice but the carpet in the hallway and rooms desperately needs replacing. The concept of the resort is lovely but it is shop worn ! Too much money for the product!
