Room was in need of updating. All furniture was very worn. Bathroom in bad shape. Location was great and staff was friendly. Will not be back.

These rooms are TOO SMALL, PERIOD. The pool should be open by mid-May, it’s almost 100°

First night I was given a room with no hot water and sink was slow to drain. The young man at front desk gladly upgraded me for my second night. No fridge or microwave in room. Facilities were clean and staff was friendly.

Pros:Great location! We were able to have a great night a restaurants and bars without going more than a mile from the hotel. The rooms are large and clean.
Cons:The hotel seems almost unfinished, the only available parking is an additional charge to the room. It could use some updating.

Pros:This hotel is located in a great location, within walking distance of many restaurants and clubs. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable with an outstanding view of the riverfront. The restaurant and bar have good food as well. It is definitely a great choice for Little Rock getaways or business.
Cons:Parking and breakfast should be included with the rooms at the price charged.
