Cons:At check Rose seemed put out when I asked her to wipe counter after previous guest, after that was kinda rude didn't want to offer much help. Cleaner bathrooms, sink clogged and floor needed to be cleaned mostly behind toilet.We called front desk asked for blankets was told by Rose it would be 20 mins, 1 1/2 hours later as we're waiting for blankets that never were delivered. We called again, was put on hold for over10 mins by Rose no follow just left us hanging on the phone then when she finally answered we were told we now had to come down stairs to get blankets Rose was unable to contact HK to bring the up blankets even thou previous we were told it would 20 mins. Just felt more effort should if been made since we sat waiting for blankets due didn't want them left in hallway. Also felt room was over priced. Won't be recommending, think a discount is needed to compensate us.

Pros:If you like being close to every thing and staying in a comfortable , clean hotel that is full service then this is the place.

Cons:Do not opt out for $5. Your room will remain without maid service for the duration of your stay.

Cons:Our room wasn't made up on our last night there. Not happy when we got back at about 8 pm & our room hadn't been made up...towels not replaced, etc. called housekeeping & we waited over an hour before anyone came to fix our room. Very frustrating as this day was our 54th wedding anniversary!!
