Pros:The staff, even clearly understaffed on a New Year’s Day, did a good job. Not amazing but understandable.
Cons:The room was dirty, we found an used sock close to the bed which clear shows a lack of quality on the cleaning process.

Pros:The room was affordable for an overnight stay and the staff was friendly.
Cons:The first floor reeked of smoke. I guess I just expected an updated, more modern version of what we stayed in.

Pros:I had stayed in 3 different hotels in the same weekend. This one by far was the best. Very clean, hall smelled like smoke, but the room did not. Room did not show signs of wear. Comfortable beds, a little too soft for me. Room great use of space, didn't feel cramped, large bathroom. Microwave & fridge in room. Loved that there was a small counterspace above the fridge. Microwave was in a shelf attached to the wall. Fridge had nice shelves and crisper drawer so items fit better in the fridge. Location perfect, just off the highway. Gas and fast food very close to the hotel. Breakfast was good. A fitness room and pool were available. Staff fairly friendly, when I checked in I wasn't told where the elevator, fitness room, etc. were, the attendant yelled that the elevator was the other way when I went the opposite way. This was the cheapest hotel I stayed in and it had the most amenities.
Cons:Would have been helpful to have a couple more plugs near the bed. I had to unplug the alarm clock to plug in my phone.

Pros:Great comfy clean place. Good breakfast and friendly staff (except the day manager who was a raging b-hole)
Cons:The day Manger lady was terrible. She was very vocal and mean about her unliking of the low rates we got and how annoying it is to her for people to book online. She tried to charge us twice and argued with us about what we said and what we did. It was insane!

Cons:The day manager at this hotel was very very rude that we got our reservation online and that we got such a discount. She repeatedly commented on how annoying it is when people book online and pay so little. She was crazy crazy rude when we checked out. She tried to charge us twice for the room and argued with us for over 20 mins abut weather the charge was already taken off our credit card. Also, she made us pay $15 upfront saying it was for in case we decided to steal anything. And the tub was broke.

Cons:The front desk receptionist really seemed to hate her job. We asked for suggestions on where to eat and she acted as if she was annoyed that she had to answer our question. Breakfast in the morning was bare and didn't look appetizing.
