Pros:Location was good. Close to Disney parks and good food.
Cons:Pool was nice but other amenities were average. Cafe and trail were closed. Seemed like they were remodeling but we were never given an explanation.

Pros:Spacious unit, nice kitchen, lots of trees around
Cons:Check-in staff woman did not tell us that the beds are not made and the towels are not replaced or the trash emptied unless you stay for 2 weeks! We stayed 2 nights. If we had known we could have dealt with that. Also when she gave us room key cards, she said "don't demagnetize them, don't put with cell phones". So we went directly to our room, carefully carrying both cards. Neither one worked. So, we went back to office. She said, "Oh, you demagnetized them". No, we did not! Also when needing boarding passes printed she waved us over to some computers, which required a password. I asked her what the password was, she said "No, not those computers, those other ones (on the other side of the room)". She made us feel wrong and stupid whenever possible. There were also no hair dryers. When we called at 7:30 am she said" You need to look in the cabinets". We searched everywhere. When we called back she said one would be brought over. At 8:15 we called again. She said, "Oh, the housekeeping doesn't come in until 8, I already put in an order. (scolding us)" We left the room at 8:30, wet hair and no hair dryer. The furniture is very old and worn, stained cushions on chairs. General run-down, gloomy appearance. I suppose if you are there with a family there seem to be a lot of activities available, but we were a couple just there for a room.

Pros:The units are large, spacious, plenty of room for a family of 5. Comes with a fully equipped kitchen and in unit laundry. The pool was heated and the hot tub was great after a long day at the parks. Staff was friendly and helpful. Each unit has a screened private balcony.
Cons:The decor in the units seemed a bit dated but everything was clean so hard to complain.
