Pros:The breakfast was great.
Cons:We had to wait forty five minutes at the airport when we arrived both times. The check in took so long on the 1st of October we could not get anything at room service as it was 10:50pm & they close at 11:00 pm “ and they said we have started to clean up”. I guess it doesn’t mean much to be an owner.
Pros:Most of the staff friendly. Good buffet breakfast.
Cons:So old, no way to charge a phone in the rooms. One Staff member at the desk was horribly unfriendly.
Pros:Comfortable room
Cons:Felt like an old property acquired and slightly face lifted. Hotel layout was very weird and inefficient with very long walks to rooms. Restaurant had a very limited menu.
Pros:Location and airport shuttle
Cons:The bathroom light went out. The overall room was dated and I was shocked that this place qualified as a Doubletree. The Starbucks was also franchise-owned, so it only offered basic drinks.
Pros:Everything was nice, the beds were extra comfy that I didn't want to get up. Housekeeping was excellent!!!!! The cookies were delicious!!! Keep up the good work!!!
