Pros:friendly front desk, room was comfortable and modern, everything worked well in the room, I order room service dinner one night and the sandwich was excellent. Overall great TV channel selections with only one exception. room was quiet. the mattress was average. easy to adjust temperature.
Cons:housekeeping was lacking, for two days in a row my coffee was not refreshed, the first time, I called down to the desk for coffee and cream. The 2nd time, I didn't notice it had not been refreshed so in the morning, I didn't have any cups and had to use the water glass (no time to wait for room service) TV - i was missing my fox business channel.
Pros:We stayed in a newly remodeled part of the hotel - the room interior design was very pleasing (on the minimalistic side) yet the room was comfortable with all needed amenities. Bathroom was spacious and well lit. Plenty of channel selection on TV, free wifi.
Pros:location was great and I liked that the TV had Netflix access.
Cons:it was way more outdated than I thought. the bathroom was especially old and the hairdryer barely worked. even the phone seemed like it was struggling when I tried to check out. Overall, I was expecting something nicer for a four star hotel. I wish I would have stayed at the holiday inn express up the road.
Cons:dirty and old; rooms need renovation badly
Pros:We got a super deal online during the Christmas holidays when the hotel was relatively empty. The reception staff greeted us cheerfully when we arrived in the middle of the night and gave us a room upgrade that gave our family a little extra space and more restful sleep than we would have had otherwise. The room was fantastic, and the breakfast bar more than met our needs. Since we were traveling and on a tight schedule, we weren't able to stay for a Christmas event in the ballroom later that day, but the staff took us and our children on a tour of the carnival set-up. Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and professional. The on-site Starbucks was a bonus. Thanks to Frederic and all the staff in Columbus for their generous hospitality.
Pros:Very clean and well maintained. Room was lovely. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons:There was truly nothing I didn't like.
