Enterprise was great. However, I did not like the booking process through Kayak. From the beginning I was being quoted a rate in Cdn Dollars (all in) and somewhere between starting the process and being moved to the Hotwire website the quote was switched to US Dollars. I did notice this and it would have been fine if the final total was still ‘all in’ and similar to the Cdn amount expected. It turned out to be almost 40% higher than expected as I guess the US amount was not all in. It was just disappointing that the currency and variables were changing as I went through the reservation process. It was obviously known from the beginning of my inquiry that I was shopping in Canada, making a reservation in Canada and paying in Canadian dollars. Hoping, if I book through Kayak again that the process is more transparent. Regards, Corey Smith

The store is the least attractive/comfortable place I’ve ever seen in business. The washroom is unspeakable. Counter staff rude. Overall surprised a large company like Hertz would be ok with putting their sign on something like this.

Computer problems when I arrived and I felt they didn't care about my plans. I did get an apology however as I was going finally. The car had no winter tires which is compulsory in BC after October 1st. I traveled through mountains so was lucky there was no snow or ice when I was driving.

The logistics of the pick up turned out to be perfect, but we’re not well explained in the reservation materials, so I had to do a little detective work. Also the local brand name of Aligo should have been included in the reservation, as the Ace name isn’t well known in Kelowna.

I never got a car. After booking on kayak I even called thrifty directly to give my credit card info. They assured me not needed and I could provide when I picked up my vehicle, which when I arrived, the local thrifty location had no reservation. Horrible experience and actually cost me money taking a cab Lol the way to that locale
