Cons (-) No lobby coffee service after breakfast. No free internet in rooms.
Pros (+) Every staff member was personable and friendly. Quick responses to any question/issue. Nothing ever runs perfectly but it's a great company that responds and works to improve in the future. Their GM should be proud.

Cons (-) Why did the cleaning staff try to barge into our room repeatedly starting at 8 in the morning? Seriously tried to come into room 3 hours before checkout, then tried two more times before 11am. Ridiculous.
Pros (+) Every representative of the hotel we encountered was awesome. They went above and beyond their duty to provide outstanding customer service. So impressed!
