Drop-off in Amsterdam was excellent, great service. The Associate who did the return checked the car against the photos (See below) and made the return easy and fast. Pick-up was miserable. I was told to sign a document stating the car "is in perfect condition". It was dirty, dented and the front passenger side was difficult to adjust. I was told to just take pictures and send an email, so I did. The Associate at the receiving end was outstanding.

We had to pay an extra 55 euros. The price shown on kayak wasn’t the final price at all and it wasn’t mentionned anywhere. A scam. Last time I book a car with kayak.

The reservation was not used at all. The price didn't include any kind of insurance, Budget desk in Charleroi wanted to block 23000 Euro (!!!) on my credit card for this reservation. The Budget representative said this is a common practice and I should not use a proxy in the future and should book direct to them.
