Pros:Not much
Cons:Bed was very uncomfortable, one flat pillow per person that wreaked of smoke (was in a non smoking room) that had been covered with some kind of spray. No blanket at all. You got a crusty bedspread and a sheet. I don't mind cheap bare bones just to sleep but at least want a blanket and 2 pillows for $75 a night. I'm a nurse and I had to work all night the next night and asked upon check in if we could check out at 12 instead of 11. The extra hour would have made a world of difference. I was told I had to get up to ask the day shift person (which kind of defeated the purpose of sleeping in) but that it would be fine. So I get up in the morning to call down just to be told no. If I had known I would have gone elsewhere. Had breakfast at Dennys next door, could see the room. Noone even came to clean it during the next hour. Middle of the week, not busy. No reason I couldn't have left an hour later.

Pros:Absolutely nothing
Cons:Everything, the photos for the hotel were totally misleading. They first sent us to a room that had not been cleaned yet although once after having to go all the way around hotel to the front desk to inform them of this the next room they gave us wasn't an improvement at all from dirty room. The room was so filthy & the sheets didn't fit the beds at all so while trying to fix this we noticed 1 of the mattresses had been blood soaked, the other bed did not have a blanket on it. Every thing about the room was filthy & terrible, staying in our car would have been better, so we went to complain & check out after 1 night & there was not anyone at front desk so after waiting 20 minutes we put our room keys through a slot & left do we could find another room somewhere else which took us all day, everwhere in Aurora was.full until 3 in the afternoon we finally found 1 room avail. across town. I have only just begun with my complaints about this hotel. The other guests were doing drugs & up all night right ouside our room, our phone didn't work so we stayed until light ouside as we were very frightend someone even tried our door handle once as they were so loud we couldn't have complained at the time even if we wanted to as everytime we tried to leave someone would ask us for a cigarette e every time. Staff was rude & partying with the other very noisy guests. This was the worst hotel stay EVER and I do plan on contacting the news about this place if I don't get reimbursed for our stay. We were scared, disgusted, and got no sleep & had to pay money we didn't have for a room somewhere else. If you are into doing drugs & partying all night I guess it wouldn't be bad but I will not put up with paying our hard earned money for this place. We want a refund or I will be going to the news 9 wants to know would be very interested I'm sure. I will be leaving remarks & complaining to whomever I can about this DIVE of a hotel.

Pros:Affordable if you pre-book online
Cons:The booking claimed there was a queen sized bed but the room only had a full. Carpet was disgusting, covered in stains and poorly maintained. Cloth chairs in the room were also badly stained. The whole place was just filthy. Booked a non smoking room that reeked of tobacco. The room next to mine appeared to house an extended stay guest who kept the door open and made the walkway smell of marijuana. I had people knock on my door at all hours of the night, only to be gone when I looked out the door, and some just like to check for unlocked rooms by shaking door handles. I heard at least 3 screaming fights in the parking lot. Pictures and reviews of this property are extremely misleading. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Pros:The lady upfront was nice
Cons:Booked a non smoking room and the room smelled so bad of smoke I didn't use any of the sheets. Sheets had cigaret burns on them. The rooms was disgusting and if it wasn't so late I would have found another hotel and lost the money I paid for it. There are permanent residents that love here/out of their cars that stomp around all night. The stairs leading up to the second floor felt like the were going to fall over. When we were walking to our room a guy had his door open as he was smoking weed in the corner chair with a girl in a bathrobe on his bed. If you check in after 9pm you have to talk to a person behind bullet proof glass.

Cons:Old sheets with cigarette burns in the them. Trashy, possibly homeless clientele.

Cons:Drug bust one morning close to our rooms. Four police cruises arrived together on another day. Breakfast needed some protein.

Cons:Filthy gross room people full on live in the hotel and grub for smokes and money. Place was 42$ a night but would have payed 80 to stay somewhere clean and quiet

Pros:Could get a room last minute and very close to excellent Pho. Convenient to airport so long as non-rush hour travel. Despite size and proximity to street, it was quiet. Staff was friendly.
Cons:Room had old cig smoke smell, even though non-smoking. One accessible power outlet, worn out carpet and fair bed but too soft pillows.

Cons:Room was smoking rather than non-smoking which we were promised. Shower was filthy. No coffee pot as promised, but I don't really care about that since I would never have used it given how disgusting the room was. All of our belongings smelled horrible and we were only in the room for 8 hours or less.

Cons:Location was awful. Heard gunshots late at night. Constant noise morning and night. Absolutely no insulation in the ceiling to avoid the noise from above. Had one towel and it was two days later we finally got towels. Doorknob to the bathroom was broken and falling off. No hair dryer. No fridge. No microwave. No coffee pot. Carpet was disgusting and stained. I would not recommend this place to even for a homeless person.
