Pros:There are really two things that to me stood out for the Wild Orchid Resort. First is its staff. From the Front Desk to the waitresses, cooks, house keeping, maintenance and grounds keepers - they were all friendly and super polite. They were always smiling and addressing me as "Mr." Secondly is how well the grounds are maintained. Everything was trimmed and well kept, which I feel shows detail in the management of the resort. The room was comfortable and the small A/C unit performed extremely well.
Cons:My only dislike is that since I was staying in the older wing of rooms they are in need of some renovation. The shower head desperately needed to be replaced as well as the tub itself.
