The manager was rude and pointed. The front desk staff (only available around check in time) made me repeat my information because they weren't listening 7 (not even exaggerating) times. The food was gross, biscuits hard as a rock, the staff comes in and eats with you which isn't a big deal, but they talk about you in Spanish (I am bilingual and know what they said). The elevator shakes violently and makes loud noises. The 3rd floor smells like rotten eggs (only in the hall). The pool is always closed. The staff called me to ask if I was still in the room, when I left my card on the desk as their weird sign requested I do at the time of check out. The room was great though, comfortable bed, good water pressure, tv, fridge, coffee, etc. honestly it's not horrible, my suggestion to management is, drop the amenities, moody manager, and staff the front desk around the clock and this place would get a much higher rating from me.

Pros:Close access to my meeting location. Mostly quiet and pleasant atmosphere.
Cons:Offensive smelling workout room. Very worn desk chair. Disrupted sleep two of three nights there...Rescue men and an alarm sounding one night and disrespectful patrons another.
