Company went bankrupt and out of business, we didn’t get any notification about it. We had to buy another ticket with another airline. Do NOT buy AeroMar tickets!!
My trip was cancelled by the airline
You guys are great
Baggage fees were really high and they did not accept any credit card other than MasterCard or cash. They also did not give me a receipt which leads me to think they overcharged me.
It was fine. The staff very friendly
Pros:I have been writing you to change that flight and you don't respond. It is Kayak that is poor in the response department I booked another flight and need credit per the insurance I bought. now for 2 flights that you hae not responded to
Cons:Contact with Kayak to work out changes and get responses ...no contact from Kayak to emails
Pros:Small airline but professional
Pros:I had no one sitting next to me , which was great because of social distancing. Staff where friendly.
Cons:Having somewhere to charge my phone
Cons:We had to buy an extra seat because there wasn't enough passengers that showed up so the flight was going to be cancelled. An extra 3000 pesos after a very stressful wait.
