Service was great in terms of quality if car and staff helping , but not enough communication/direction in regards to drop off and locations. Disappointing that the pending transaction is seperate to the final cost . I’ve had $1600 leave my account for a 3 day car hire and waiting on the pending $855 to be returned .Reviewed Nov 16 2024

The car was having many mechanical problems, high kilométrage, didn’t feel safe driving it most of the time. Issues with the brakes and balance. It seems like it had a big collision recently and didn’t get the proper fix.Reviewed Nov 14 2024

They took my reservation, we’re not open for business that day (Saturday). So I couldn’t get my rental which totally screwed me! When I called the 800 number they were no help and basically said oh well🤷🏽. Will never ever use kayak or them again!Reviewed Nov 13 2024
