Pros:The staff was fast, efficient and very friendly. The entire pickup took 5 minutes and drop off took 3 minutes. They were great.Cons:It would have been nice if there was an after hours drop off possibility since the site closes at 5pm but I understand that’s difficult at this time. Pros:Staff were very friendly at both locations, and efficient.Cons:I had a Chevy Equinox, drove it entirely normally (no speeding), but an hour into my journey I received a message that said 'engine power reduced' with no explanation.
