Pros:This hotel is amazing! Not only is it in a great location but the staff and facility is superb. We arrived at the hotel at 3:30pm and our rooms weren't ready. To make up for it we were upgraded to a suite. You can see the cathedral out of your bedroom window which is fantastic! I would definitely stay here again.

Pros:The Excelsior Hotel Ernst is a superb hotel which I recommend highly. The ambience, room size, location and the quality of the staff were all wonderful and the free mini-bar was an extra treat.
Cons:The only annoyance was that despite my contract promising free wired and wireless internet access, this apparently only applied to phone and tablet and not to laptops. Wifi for laptops costs €22 per day which is excessive. Last time I stayed they gave me a voucher for the laptop. This time not. Inconsistent - but a small price to stay in a nice hotel.
