One way rental Helena was good agency no complaints O'Hare Budget overcharged extra 2 days ! I had to pass time on phone & email to get it PARTLY resolved I still have to fight for all daily fees that are as I write this counted 2 days extraReviewed Aug 26 2024

The car was fine, although it had obviously been smoked in and the smell poorly covered up. The counter people were great for the most part. Trying to deal with the website and the phone system that won't allow calls to anything but a call center staffed by people whose first language isn't english was a nightmare. Won't be renting from Budget ever again.Reviewed Aug 5 2024
