Staff was very helpful in getting us a car after we made the mistake of arriving at the wrong location. Then when the car they gave us was a smoker, they immediately gave us an exchange. Bakersfield is very small. An independent agent handles Avis and Budget. There was no one at the rental counter when we arrived. We had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to get there. Once they got there the process was easy.Reviewed Sep 3 2024
